SAM THORP
I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Performance Coach focused on building functional strength, confidence, and lasting fitness habits.
With over three years of coaching and seven years in strength and conditioning, I understand how to optimize performance and prevent injury. My background in kickboxing and climbing adds a unique, sport-specific edge to my approach.
Holding Level 3 PT and Pilates certifications, I integrate mobility, balance, and core stability to enhance performance, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
